Casa La Colina is a very attractive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa situated in the desirable La Goleta area of Playa Blanca.
Extensive patio area with private Hot tub, overlooking the large, beautiful and quiet communal pool, this is an ideal choice for a family holiday. The Villa is beautifully presented and furnished to a high standard.
Lounge – The Lounge has 2 very comfortable leather sofas, TV, DVD / Video player with some films. Books and games are also provided. The French doors open onto the large terrace which overlooks the pool.
Kitchen – The Villa has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. A complimentary welcome pack with milk, water, orange juice, tea, coffee and biscuits is provided.
The Solana area houses an automatic washing machine, Ironing board and Iron.
Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a double bed, high quality linen and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. The double wardrobes provide plenty of storage space
The twin bedroom also has double wardrobes and two single beds. There is also a pull out guest bed for a fifth guest
Outside - There is a covered dining area with typical Canarian seating, large wooden table and pretty Morrocan style lighting for Al Fresco dining. This area also has a barbecue..
The terrace has comfortable sun loungers and is very close (with its own pathway) to the communal pool. An ideal vantage point for supervising children playing in the pool. There is a surrounding walled garden and on street parking.
