Long Term Rentals
Long Term Rentals are for people who sign a tenancy agreement for a minimum of 3 months rental on their chosen property.
Terms are a deposit of 1 months rental, and a further 1 months rental fee paid in advance.
If you require a shorter term rental, contact us to discuss the length of the rental and we can then negotiate a discount for you.
